We didn’t transplant a city idea into the Rockies. We started with the valley — its mornings, its makers, its appetite — and built the room it deserved.

Sculptural smoothies, adaptogenic lattes, bowls built like still lifes — designed to fuel, plated to keep you looking. And everything takes a boost: lion’s mane, collagen, saskatoon berries, haskap and friends — prairie-grown where the prairie does it best, from $1.
